At Cheap Rugs Australia, we want you to love your new floor decor; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your rug within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully re-wrap your rug in its original plastic packaging or equivalent heavy-duty protection to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label or arrange for a courier to deliver the item to our Sydney-based warehouse facility.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned rug, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
